Dr. Sameer Jejurikar is a board-certified plastic surgeon based out of the Dallas, Texas area. He has practiced plastic surgery at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute since 2009. Trained in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, Dr. Sameer Jejurikar earned both his bachelors and a medical degree from the University of Michigan. He completed his B.S. in biomedical sciences in 1993 and his M.D. in 1997 as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. Subsequently, his residency was conducted at the University of Michigan’s hospital as well. At the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in 2006, Dr. Sameer Jejurikar completed a fellowship with training in aesthetic surgery. Before working at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, he was the Senior Staff Surgeon at Scott and White Medical Center in Texas. He has also been published in medical journals multiple times.
Dr. Sameer Jejurikar has a passion for helping the less fortunate and has dedicated a large part of his life to it. He works with the Smile Bangladesh organization by participating annually in a mission trip to perform surgery on children with facial deformities and the victims of severe burns. He also serves his surrounding community with various initiatives to help children and the impoverished.
